High quality cotton, super soft and comfortable enough to be accepted by your sometimes fussy fur ball. These dog belly bands are not intended to absorb pee, but to inhibit peeing. For urine absorption, just add a sanitary towel or tissue.

Flatten the dog belly band out, place sanitary napkin inside; put the grid side of dog belly band to cover the dog body; position the dog belly band on the back of your confused Waggler and attach the Velcro. Job done.
